Ari Evan - Cellist - Junior Recital (Concerts)

Ari Evan - cellist with Marnie Hauschildt on piano will present his junior recital.

Ari Evan is currently a junior at LaGuardia High School for Arts and Performing Arts in New York.  Ari also attends the Juilliard Pre-College program, where he is studying with Darrett Adkins.  Ari previously studied with Ms. Clara Yang and Mrs. Ruth Guideri.

Ari began playing the cello at the Southbank International School in London when he was 6 years old.  He has performed at Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Hippodrome in London and in a piano trio at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.  Ari has won concerto competitions at the Lawrence Eisman Center for Preparatory Studies in Music at Queens College and at LaGuardia High School.

In the summers, Ari has attended the School for Strings, Boston University Tanglewood Institute and Apple Hill Chamber Music Festival.
