WAVINFO's
“Soul of Formosa 寶島心” will present Chinese music for Erhu, Flute,
Cello, and Piano. This un-orthodox instrumental coupling brings together
the highly nuanced playing of Erhu, together exploring the alternative
music and sound art in Taiwan.
By re-inventing the sound and form of a traditional Chinese ensemble, it brings a splash of oriental fusion bridging the gap of East and West, and performs traditional Chinese tunes and renditions of English classics.
