Our Facilities
What spaces do you book out?
Our sanctuary is most frequently booked. It is an acoustically-satisfying space which seats approximately 225 people. The stage has enough room for a medium-sized choir (standing) or a chamber orchestra (seated) to perform comfortably. There is also a below-street-level space, the undercroft, which can be used (at an additional fee) for receptions, rehearsals, or as a green room. Post-concert receptions can be scheduled for additional fees in the back of the sanctuary or in the undercroft.
What is included in a booking?
For no additional cost, we can provide chairs, music stands, and clip-on stand lights for large groups of musicians, as well as a small number of backless stools and handheld microphones and a conductor’s podium.
For additional fees, we can provide a concert-quality Yamaha S6 piano, the use of our Schoenstein & Co. organ, or a Flemish single-manual harpsichord.
Also for additional fees, we can provide use of a portable PA system, a portable mixer, and/or a video projector.
Can I book the space for a wedding, funeral, or baptism?
Our space may only be rented for these events if they are performed by our clergy, and we typically perform them only for members of the church. For more information and our full policies, please contact the parish office.
Do you book space for other types of events or uses?
It depends on a wide variety of factors: type of event, connection to our mission, et cetera. All questions should be directed to the parish office.
